Requirements for the re-issue of a Student Pilot Licence

1) Application Form CA61-18

2) Original Medical Certificate Class 1 or Class 2

*Note that if you recently did an electronic medical that was sent to AVMED, a copy of the A4

medical must be submitted with the documentation.

3) Payment R500.00

• If the applicant if request to add a Type on his/her licence then an additional payment will be needed of R370.00
