Requirements for Instrument Rating
1) Forms: CA61-11.4 Instrument Rating (Original)
Total PIC, Grand Total and Total Instrument Flying hours must be completed on page 1.
- Copies
New Requirement – Logbook endorsement will no longer be accepted next to the flight test entry and must be done in the back of the logbook from 1 February 2019. All ratings must be accompanied by the correct endorsement and test entry.
- Logbook Copies of the last 3 pages incl. 12-Month Summary (Incl. Test Entry Endorsement of the last Revalidation of his/her Licence, Endorsement of all Class/Type Ratings/Instrument Ratings)
(Electronic Logbooks must be initialed by the applicant on each page
Detailed Summary – Summary of Hours Flown the last 12 Months …01/10/2023 – 31/10/2024 – Dates must be indicated as the last 12 months “From- To Dates”)
